Budget Filing Cost Effectivness Downloads does not contain SCT outputs
When downloading the budget filing CE data from CEDARS stage, the download is in the same format as 2025, which does not contain any of the new fields added to account for the new societal cost test.

Could you please confirm which environment you’re seeing this issue in (Production, cedars-2, or cedars-3)?
Also, can you confirm which button you expected to download the CET output fields? From your screenshot, it looks like the button within the overview card. The naming there isn’t very intuitive, but it currently downloads the program implementation plans.
That said, I can see that the SCT fields are missing from a few tables. We already have work in progress to add those back in now that we’ve confirmed the values are aligning with what users expect. Please let me know if we have missed any.

The issue was discovered on CEDARS-2 but is also present in production. Is there a way to get the utility allocated Statewide data another way other than the “Download Budget Filing Cost Effectiveness Data” button?
Its weird because when we upload the local program data the output from that has the SCT data but the output mentioned above does not

Can you see the allocated Statewide program data directly on your dashboard? Dashboard link
From the Programs in This Budget Filing table → Download Programs.
The SCT fields are included in both the dashboard table and download.
Are you looking for the data at a measure level?
You can get this from: Budget Filing List – Cost Effectiveness Output → Download.
SCT fields are not yet available in the download, adding them is currently in progress.
Please let me know if I’ve misunderstood your question. I hope this provides you with access to the allocated Statewide data until the measure-level download is updated.

Yes, I can see the statewide data in the budget filing dashboard.
Yes, this is what I am looking for. I am looking for the societal benefits and cost data sets, not just the ratios. For the MCAL, I need the measure level data because we need to report SCT base and high for the 2-year filing, not just annually. Is there a timeline for this fix?

The Societal Cost Benefit & Cost fields are not in the output file generated in CEDARS-2 in the Budget Module.

I’ve merged your ticket about the missing SCT values in the downloads into an existing ticket we already have in progress. I’ll be running internal tests on cedars-3 today, and we’re aiming to have the fix rolled out to cedars-2 tomorrow.

I downloaded the new output data, it looks like the SCT cost fields were added but none of the SCT benefits were added to the download. Compared to the CET confirmation output, there are less columns in the budget filing confirmation download

Hi @danryd , could you share the URL and location of the download that’s missing the SCT benefit fields? Even better, if you can point me to the specific field names you expected to see, that’ll help us track down the gap more quickly.

PG&E needs this soon too. I can’t finish validating our internal data for or MCAL against CEDARS, which I need to do to send it for management review, without the missing fields.

I would prefer if they were all in the download, but I can confirm I do use these fields for things:

The additional outputs have been added to the Budget Filing List and the Budget Filing Dashboard Cost Effectiveness downloads on cedars-2. @JakeRichardson and @adanryd1 , could you please confirm that you can see the outputs and that the values appear correct? This will allow us to proceed with the deployment to production.

I took a look this morning and I think all fields that are in the upload confirmation output download are now in the Budget Filing CE data.

I can work around this for now by joining the program table, but it would be nice if this download included the segment and exclude from flags as well so the file has all of the information needed to calculate the dashboard results. I do see the fields we were asking for.
