Budget Filing Cost-Effectiveness Downloads – Add Segment and Exclude Flags

The current Cost-Effectiveness downloads (available from both the Budget Filing list and Budget Filing dashboard) are missing a few fields needed to fully replicate the dashboard calculations offline.

While the key fields we previously requested are now appearing correctly, the file does not yet include:

• Segment

• Exclude From Budget

• Exclude From CE

• Exclude From Statewide

Including these fields in the download would allow users to reproduce the CE dashboard results without needing to manually join additional tables (e.g., the Program table).
