Allow editing of Primary Sector

SoCalREN would like to be able to edit the Primary Sector or consolidate Primary Sector and Sector into a single field to improve clarity and reduce redundancy. Sector is editable but Primary Sector is not.

    Hi @SoCalREN_TEC

    Sorry not to get back to you earlier. Primary sector is locked because changes to the primary sector drive changes to the numbers in claim and budget filing dashboards for all program years. To correct an error we can make the change for you and then refresh the dashboards; if the program has evolved to be more appropriate for a new sector ED generally asks that PAs close the prior program and open a new one with the new primary sector assignment.
