Allow CET to process valid data or add a reset option to clear unconfirmed data

As a program administrator submitting local claims, I want the CET to either process only the valid portions of submitted data or have the option to reset unconfirmed data for the active claims cycle, so that I can troubleshoot and proceed with partial data instead of being blocked by errors in unrelated portions.

Currently, if there are data errors or mismatches between ProgramCost and Measure , users are prevented from running the CET, even for valid programs. This ticket proposes allowing the CET to process only valid data portions or, alternatively, adding a reset option to clear unconfirmed data in the active claims cycle. This would support workflows where program cost and claims data are uploaded separately and reduce the need to re-upload clean data when only a portion is invalid.

    Hi @RoopaReddy_PGE ,

    Just following up on this ticket regarding the separate ProgramCost upload functionality.

    We explored several options to address the current challenges, including:

    • Allowing the CET to process valid portions of submitted data

    • Adding a reset button to clear unconfirmed data for the current active claims cycle

    • Dropping support for separate ProgramCost uploads in Statewide claims to reduce complexity

    Following the discussion at the dev demo, we proceeded with removing this feature for Statewide claims.

    If you think either Option 1 or 2 may still be needed for local claims as part of the 2025 claims update, I'm happy to discuss further. However, given the added technical complexity and scope, and considering there’s been no other feedback from PAs, I’d suggest we consider this as a potential backlog item, especially if your team plans to continue submitting claims as a single batch.
