Allow 40-year EULs in Claims
As we did in the CET module 2024 update, we would also like to allow 40 years of EULs for Claims.
The rule to be modified:
As is
Measure.EUL_Yrs is less than or equal to 30.
To be
Measure.EUL_Yrs is less than or equal to 40.
