Discussed in the 1//9/2025 PCG meeting that we need this for Claims 2026
Cedars can add this flag as an output instead of asking PAs for it as an input.

    We could have it be a text output and call the field something like “ImpactProfileUsed” and the answers could be DEER/TOU, custom, or load shape derived (granularity needed TBD)

    The new field is likely best placed in the Measure table, in which case we need to add it to the CET/budget filing specs also.

      I thought the plan was for CEDARS to flag these records in the outputs, rather than including them in inputs (in which case it shouldn’t be in any input table)?

    It came up in the March 5, 2026 PCG meeting that this could be done by Cedars as an output instead of asking for it from PAs as an input.
