Add Featurebase Board Link to CEDARS Footer

Users have noted that the Featurebase link is difficult to find. Adding it to the footer improves visibility and promotes user engagement. Add a visible link in the CEDARS site footer to the Featurebase feedback board so users can easily locate it and submit or review feature requests and bug reports.
