Tested a batch of 2024 etrm measures. Electric benefits seem to be not appearing for some measures when using E3ClimateZone "5" or E3ClimateZone "System" when applying the new avoided cost vs previous avoided cost. Have not checked avoided costs combos to see if this is consistent the CET output. If these E3ClimateZones could be checked.
