2024 Q4 PII QC, SCG: Guidance on Null Contact Phone Numbers

While running the PII query provided to us a while back, it appears that the program 'SCG3832' does not have any contact phone numbers in our internal database, resulting in several null values for the phone numbers. We seek your guidance on whether we should set the phone numbers from 'Null' to '0' to reclassify this from an error to a warning message.

Any advice would be highly valuable.
