Validation Changes

NEW FIELD REQUIREMENTS

Claim.ComplianceCertDate is required where Measure.MeasImpactType equals 'Deem-WP-NC-AE'
Claim.SalesDate is required where Measure.DeliveryType equals 'UpDeemed' and Measure.Upstream_Flag equals 'False'
Claim.ShipmentDate is required where Measure.DeliveryType = UpDeemed and Measure.Upstream_Flag equals 'True'
Claim.OriginalMeterInstallYear is required when Measure.DeliveryType ends in FuelSub
Claim.CMPA_ApplicationID is required when Claim.ClaimType equals 'Custom'
Claim.SEM_Phase is empty or is in the SEM_Phase valuelist 
Claim.TotalCustomerInfrastructureCosts is required when Measure.DeliveryType ends in FuelSub  
Claim.OriginalMeterInstallYear is required when Measure.DeliveryType ends in FuelSub

DO NOT ALLOW NON-EQUITY DEEMED CLAIMS TO REFERENCE A RESTRICTED PERMUTATION

  • Bring in RestrictedPermutation flag with MeasDetailID from eTRM.

  • Reject deemed claims that reference MeasDetailIDs where the restricted permutation flag is true unless the program segment = "Equity".

Claim.MeasDetailID restricted permutation flag equals 'True' when Claim.ClaimType equals 'Deemed' and is Program Segment is not 'Equity'

EXEMPT NEW GROUPS FROM SITE AND CONTACT DATA REQUIREMENT

  • Population NMEC where Measure.MeasImpactType includes "NMEC-Pop"

  • ESA where Program.ProgramCategory = 'Energy Savings Assistance"

  • Placeholder claims where Claim.ClaimID ends with "Placeholder" (case-insensitive)

  • Audits where Claim.ClaimID ends with "Audit" (case-insensitive)

Claim.SiteID is required when Claim.ClaimID does not end with 'Audit' or 'Placeholder' (case-insensitive). 

Claim.SiteID is required when Measure.MeasImpactType does not includes 'NMEC-Pop'.

Claim.SiteID is required when Program.ProgramCategory does not equal 'Energy Savings Assistance'.

    This ticket with the original requirements is now superseded by what we have on staging. For the most up-to-date rules, I would now refer to the specification.

      @RoopaReddy_PGE Motive Power recently asked me to make a change, which involves making the feedback board private until we have discussed privacy concerns and who can access the board once Jenn is back. This could be why notifications are not working. Otherwise, I suggest checking for a notification section in your Featurebase account settings.

      Because of this, I’d like to bring your and @Jake Richardson's suggestions into Basecamp for discussion and set aside some time during Thursday’s walkthrough to discuss them.

    Hi CEDARS Team,

    1. I believe there is an error in Claim.OriginalMeterInstallYear and Claim.TotalCustomerInfrastructureCosts rules. These rules should be checking for criteria when Measure.MeasImpactType ends in FuelSub instead of Measure.DeliveryType ends in FuelSub.

    2. There is a typo in the field name “UpstreamFlag”. This should be changed to “Upstream_Flag” in the SalesDate and ShipmentDate rules. Please QC all field names to ensure they are correctly spelled.

        @cedars team I think this rule should be removed entirely. For New Construction measures the guidance document says the installation date for New Construction is based on the later of “Date of Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy” or “Completion of Post-Installation Verification”. We will populate our Installation date based on this logic, so the installation date logic you already have will cover it. Compliance Cert Date is used for measure package eligibility and happens well before installation as part of the building approval process.

        Claim.ComplianceCertDate is within the Claim.ClaimYearQuarter when Claim.ClaimType equals 'Deemed' and Measure.MeasImpactType = Deem-WP-NC-AE.

        The other two rules related to it should have Compliance Cert Date removed from the logic.

        Claim.PermitIssuanceDate is within the Claim.ClaimYearQuarter when Claim.ClaimType equals 'Deemed' and Claim.PermitIssuanceDate is not null 
        Claim.InstallationDate is within the Claim.ClaimYearQuarter when Claim.ClaimType equals 'Deemed' and Claim.PermitIssuanceDate is null
