NEW FIELD REQUIREMENTS

Claim.ComplianceCertDate is required where Measure.MeasImpactType equals 'Deem-WP-NC-AE'

Claim.SalesDate is required where Measure.DeliveryType equals 'UpDeemed' and Measure.Upstream_Flag equals 'False'

Claim.ShipmentDate is required where Measure.DeliveryType = UpDeemed and Measure.Upstream_Flag equals 'True'

Claim.OriginalMeterInstallYear is required when Measure.DeliveryType ends in FuelSub

Claim.CMPA_ApplicationID is required when Claim.ClaimType equals 'Custom'

Claim.SEM_Phase is empty or is in the SEM_Phase valuelist 

Claim.TotalCustomerInfrastructureCosts is required when Measure.DeliveryType ends in FuelSub  

Claim.OriginalMeterInstallYear is required when Measure.DeliveryType ends in FuelSub

DO NOT ALLOW NON-EQUITY DEEMED CLAIMS TO REFERENCE A RESTRICTED PERMUTATION

• Bring in RestrictedPermutation flag with MeasDetailID from eTRM.

• Reject deemed claims that reference MeasDetailIDs where the restricted permutation flag is true unless the program segment = "Equity".

Claim.MeasDetailID restricted permutation flag equals 'True' when Claim.ClaimType equals 'Deemed' and is Program Segment is not 'Equity'

EXEMPT NEW GROUPS FROM SITE AND CONTACT DATA REQUIREMENT

• Population NMEC where Measure.MeasImpactType includes "NMEC-Pop"

• ESA where Program.ProgramCategory = 'Energy Savings Assistance"

• Placeholder claims where Claim.ClaimID ends with "Placeholder" (case-insensitive)

• Audits where Claim.ClaimID ends with "Audit" (case-insensitive)

Claim.SiteID is required when Measure.MeasImpactType does not includes 'NMEC-Pop'.
