What’s Changed?

Two data rules now raise warnings rather than errors to enhance processing flexibility. This means values that don't meet these rules will still be accepted as part of claims but will be flagged in the upload summary for review:

Claim.CMPA_ApplicationID is empty or is in the ApplicationID valuelist.

Claim.CMPA_MeasureCode is empty or is in the MeasureCode valuelist.

Key Highlights:

• The CMPA ApplicationID and MeasureCode validation errors have been reclassified as warnings to reduce disruptions during data submission.

• This decision was made following discussions in the December 19, 2024, joint meeting with key stakeholders.

• This has been updated in the Claims Specification

By implementing these updates, we aim to streamline the claims submission process while maintaining transparency for data review.
